Mini-DisplayPort is a miniaturized version of DisplayPort.
The Gefen Mini DisplayPort to DVI Adapter allows you to connect an external single-link DVI-D compliant (digital only) display your Mini-DisplayPort of your source without the need to buy a new display with DisplayPort or Mini-DisplayPort connector.
Note:
This Adapter only works with digital signals and not analog. You cannot simply connect the Adapter to a DVI-I accessory, for instance.
This product can support HDMI through a DVI to HDMI cable, available separately.
